Risk Disclosure

Read this before you trade or bet with real money. It explains the main risks in plain words.
You can lose money — often quickly
Cryptocurrencies and currency pairs can move sharply in minutes. Most people who trade short-term, and most people who bet, lose money over time. Only use money you can afford to lose completely, and never money you need for rent, food, school fees or debts.
Forecasts are probabilities, not promises
A forecast of 60% is wrong about 4 times in 10. A strategy that made money after fees on past data can stop working when markets change. Backtests use historical prices and estimated fees and slippage; real results can be worse. Our track record pages show how the forecasts have done, including when they were wrong.
Fees and fast trading
Every trade costs fees and slippage on the way in and out (about 0.3% of the trade size in our models). Over 15 minutes or an hour a price often moves less than that, so a correct call can still lose money. Trading often mostly multiplies costs.
Stops do not guarantee a price
Stop-losses limit losses in normal conditions but can be filled at a worse price when a market gaps, is illiquid or an exchange is overloaded. Position sizing based on your stop is an estimate of your maximum loss, not a guarantee.
Leverage and short selling
Leverage multiplies gains and losses. KairoCast caps leverage and uses spot accounts by default, but products you use elsewhere may carry far higher risk, including losing more than you deposited.
Exchange, broker and technology risk
Exchanges and brokers can be hacked, freeze withdrawals, fail or be shut down by regulators. APIs, internet connections, our servers and your device can fail at the wrong moment. Crypto assets are generally not protected by deposit-insurance or investor-compensation schemes.
AI limitations
AI answers can sound confident and still be wrong. Treat them as a second opinion to check, not as instructions.
Football predictions and betting
Match predictions are probabilities based on data that cannot capture everything (injuries, line-ups, weather, motivation). Bookmakers build a margin into their odds, so betting has a negative expected value for most people. KairoCast does not take bets; if you bet, do it only with licensed operators where it is legal for you.
Regulation
Rules on crypto assets, forex and betting differ by country and change often. KairoCast provides information and software tools; it is not a licensed investment firm or betting operator. It is your responsibility to use the Service lawfully.
Our safeguards — and their limits
Risk per trade limits, daily loss stops, drawdown kill-switches, losing-streak pauses, Guardian budgets and the proven-strategies gate reduce risk but cannot remove it. Keep them on.
